What warranty do your products have?
We provide a standard 1-year warranty with an optional extension. Additionally, 1% free parts of the total quantity ordered will be provided.
With your order, you will receive spare parts. If the product is damaged or fails due to a manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, we will supply free spare parts and assembly drawings. After the warranty period, parts will be charged, but technical service remains complimentary.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 28 days.
What payment options do you offer? We are flexible with payment terms, offering LC, TT, DP, and even credit after a customer audit.
