What warranty do your products have?
We provide a standard 1-year warranty, which can be optionally extended. Additionally, 1% of the total quantity of free parts will be included.
Together with the goods, the product that is damaged or fails due to a manufacturing problem within one year of the purchase date will receive free spare parts and assembly drawings from our company. Beyond the maintenance period, we will charge for the accessories, but the technical service remains free.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 28 days.
What payment options do you offer? We are flexible in terms of payment. We offer LC, TT, DP, and even credit, following customer auditing.
Do you offer OEM service?
Yes, we have a highly qualified R&D team to execute customized projects. Simply provide us with your specifications.
Do you have different motor options?
Yes, we offer various brands of motors, including Linak, Timotion, Dewert, and Jiechang.
Is the color on the headboard/footboard and ABS side rail optional?
