What warranty do your products have?
We provide a standard 1-year warranty, which can be optionally extended. Additionally, we will include 1% free parts of the total order quantity.
Along with your purchase, if any product is damaged or fails due to manufacturing issues within one year from the purchase date, we will supply free spare parts and detailed assembly drawings. After the warranty period, while we will charge for accessories, our technical services remain complimentary.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 28 days.
What payment options do you offer? We are flexible when it comes to payment. Options include LC, TT, DP, and even credit, post customer audit.
Do you offer OEM service?
Yes, we boast a skilled R&D team capable of executing customized projects. Simply provide us with your specifications.
